- What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping is always FREE!
It takes a moment to create the cool thing you've chosen (2-5 business days), then the courier puts the turbo on it (2-4 days). On average? In 10 days the intercom rings and you say: "The package has arrived!"
- Where do you ship your items?
We currently sell and ship our products to ITALY, FRANCE, GERMANY. We will soon add other countries of sale. Stay tuned.
- What is the return policy?
Our 30-day returns/refunds/exchanges policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, have all tags attached, and be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any defect or damage or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift vouchers.
Substitutions
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Exchange of goods
If you purchased an item but chose the wrong size and would like to exchange the goods, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at the following email address: moustachemanmm@gmail.com , or directly in the online chat inside the store. You will have to pay the shipping costs to our warehouse, we will cover the costs of sending the replaced goods.
